Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your approach different?
I don’t use a one-size-fits-all method. Every family is unique, so I take a holistic approach that considers your child’s age, temperament, routines, environment, and your parenting style. Each plan is personalised and responsive, designed to work for your family. My goal is to make you feel supported, confident, and never pressured.

Do you use “cry-it-out”?
No. My sleep support techniques are gentle and responsive. I’ll never ask you to leave your child unsupported. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels comfortable for you while helping your child feel safe and secure.

Every family’s needs are different, and I specialise in gentle, responsive coaching that adapts to your child and your lifestyle.

When is the right time to work with a sleep consultant?
Anytime you feel ready. I support families from newborns through to 6 years, whether you’re laying foundations, managing regressions, or looking for more consistent routines with an older child. If sleep has been challenging for a while, the best time to start is now — small changes can make a big difference.

Can both parents or carers be involved?
Absolutely. In fact, it’s most effective when everyone caring for your child is on the same page. I encourage both parents and other key caregivers to be part of the process, so your child receives consistent, loving support around sleep.

What happens after our package ends?
You’ll leave with a clear plan and the confidence to move forward. If you’d like extra reassurance, you can add more support through coaching calls, additional text support, or in-home visits. Many families choose this to stay on track and keep building their confidence over time.

How quickly will we see changes?

Many families notice improvements within the first week. Lasting change, though, comes from consistency and following through with your support plan and I’ll be there to guide you step by step. You’ll always know what to expect and have support during the ups and downs.
